These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pop Town Bangla Radio
(“App”), developed by Arun Kumar Murugan and operated by Canestar Online Media (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

- Station Availability: Access to radio stations depends on the availability and functionality of their respective streaming sources.
Radio stations and broadcasts are provided through third-party streaming sources. We do not own, produce, or control the broadcast content of third-party radio stations unless expressly stated.
The availability, audio quality, and continuity of radio streams may depend on the respective radio station, internet connectivity, and third-party streaming providers.
We may add, modify, replace, or remove radio stations and App features from time to time to maintain and improve the service.
The App is intended for personal listening and entertainment purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the App complies with applicable laws.
4. Educational and Examination Disclaimer
The App is intended solely for educational and examination-preparation purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the quality and accuracy of the educational content. However:
